How we help clubs and swimmers
Flexible partnership. Real results in the water.
I am a swimmer who grew up in this culture. After conversations with more than 75 club coaches across the country, the best partnerships always start with listening. We can be a full capital and operations partner, or we can help you pull one lever at a time.
Whether you need full investment to scale, help finding and owning your own facility, or just a second set of eyes on one revenue line, we build around what the club actually needs.
No two clubs are the same. We will meet you where you are and leave the culture stronger than we found it.
Tell us where you areSix growth levers we help pull
These are the areas that come up again and again in conversations with coaches. Each one can grow revenue, deepen community, or both.
Masters, Triathlon & Open Water
Turn adult fitness swimmers and triathletes into a real year-round revenue stream alongside your age-group team.
Swim Lesson Programs
Build a learn-to-swim pipeline that feeds families into the club and fills early-evening lanes.
Lifeguard Training
Use empty lanes and quiet hours for certification classes that pay for the pool time twice over.
Larger & More Frequent Meets
Run bigger, smoother meets that keep families on deck longer, increase entry revenue, and raise the club's profile.
Associated Non-Profit
Set up a separate community arm for scholarships, outreach programs, and certain expenses without complicating the operating business.
Technique & Knowledge Clinics
High-margin, specialist-led clinics that give swimmers a tangible jump and parents a reason to keep signing up.
Proprietary meet filming software
We built software that reads a heat sheet and clips footage into exact, event-long videos delivered straight to each swimmer. A recruiting tool, a memories tool, and a reason families talk about your meet.
Help clubs own their own water
Renting lanes means instability. We help clubs move from borrowed time toward owning or controlling their own training space, with the capital and structure to make it real.
Above all, we want every club we touch to build a fun, competitive culture where swimmers want to stay in the sport longer.
That is the whole point: stronger clubs, stronger coaches, and more swimmers in the water for life.
Let's talk
If you've ever wondered what happens to your program when you're ready to step away, start here.
Most owners and coaches pour their lives into the sport and never get the chance to build real equity or a retirement. We offer fair, flexible payouts, the option to stay involved or hand it off cleanly, and a buyer who has actually stood on a deck.
The vision
The LOVB volleyball playbook applied to swimming: build the club network first, then use it to fund real careers in the sport.
The plan
One to three clubs to start, minority or majority, bought to hold and operate rather than flip.
Why now
Most U.S. swim clubs are founder-owned, and very few have a plan for what happens when the founder steps back.
What we do
We take on the admin, billing, hiring and lease risk, fund the repairs, and let coaches go back to coaching.
Deal structures
Earn-outs, seller financing, staged buyouts, non-profit conversions, whatever fits the club and the family.
