Lane One Aquatics is modeled on LOVB, the women's volleyball league started in 2020. LOVB built a grassroots club network before launching anything professional. Swimming has the same participation, the same devoted families, and the same broken path after college.

How we get there

Clubs first
Partner with and acquire swim clubs across the country. Each one keeps its name, its coaches and its community, and gains a real balance sheet behind it.

Prove the pathway
Professionalize operations at the first clubs, show that ownership can be good for a program, and let coaches and families see the difference in person.

Scale the network
Raise larger capital and take the model national. Economies of scale show up in a shared coaches network, negotiating power on meets and travel, and combined back-office operations.

Reach the inflection point
At enough clubs, the network itself becomes the audience, the talent pipeline and the sponsorship base, which is exactly what let LOVB launch a league with fans on day one.

Fund the pro side
A youth network at that size can start and subsidize a professional swimming league, unlocking real salaries for U.S. swimmers and thousands of jobs for swimmers after graduation.
Swimmers, coaches and clubs all run into the same wall: the sport ends when school does. A club network large enough to carry a professional league is how that changes, and it starts with buying and running clubs well.
